The Daily Dumpling Wonton Co. is a high-end dumpling company that specializes in fresh and frozen handmade Shanghainese wontons. Our mission is to bring this classic Shanghai comfort food to Toronto. We source the best local and imported ingredients to serve up authentic Shanghainese cuisine following traditional family recipes. In Shanghai people eat wontons daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight snacks - and you should too!

We at the Daily Dumpling Wonton Co. believe in making and eating real food. To this end we aim to source the best ingredients and prepare a fine hand made product with no additives or preservatives. We do our best to source ingredients locally – we use Ontario meat. Every wonton we sell is made by hand with care by real people in your community.
Something For Everyone
Part of our goal as a food company is to offer something for everyone to enjoy. We do our best to provide options that fill a wide range of dietary restrictions. We have beef and chicken wontons for those who do not eat pork, we offer vegan wontons for non-meat eaters. We aim to add more varieties in the future so that even more people can enjoy our wontons!
Our Story
We are a Toronto based company founded in early 2018 by two young entrepreneurs - one from Shanghai and one from Toronto. In a very short period of time we have created a growing local business that provides people with authentic Shanghainese dumplings; served fresh in our downtown restaurants and sold frozen through stores across GTA. The Daily Dumpling Wonton Co. is guided by a belief in value and quality and always strives to deliver a premium product.
Currently, the Daily Dumpling Wonton Co. has two stores in downtown Toronto while also operating as a wholesale frozen dumpling company. We believe that this business model is the best way for us to offer a locally produced high quality experience to as many people as we can in as transparent a fashion as possible. Our future plans include expanding our wholesale production so we can offer our locally produced product to a wider audience. We’re proud to be a Toronto based company that offers good jobs to our community and good food to our neighbours.
